support levels and methods

We have a range of support methods, we can talk, email or Skype. However we do it, we are responsive; we won't keep you waiting for help.

We offer a range of different levels of support. All of our customers can access technical and content support as part of their regular monthly hosting, security and updates package. We offer support by email, over the phone, or via Skype. We prefer the latter as it allows us to share screens.

If you require a higher level of support, or, for example would like us to make regular updates to website or SEO content we can quote so that you get the right support for your business. You can also access our support on an ad hoc basis; please note that this is charged at a higher rate.



When your website goes live you will receive a comprehensive training package that can be provided either in person or remotely. The amount of training that you receive will depend upon the type of website that we have created for you. It will be a minimum of one half day. We then carry on, providing further on-line training when and if it is needed. This is because we understand that at the beginning, you don't know what you don't know!

It is only by working with our CMS systems in context that you will explore the many features and may need more training. We find that the system is so intuitive that most customers are soon able to use it with the minimum of assistance. We are happy to quote for further training on specialist topics, designing online forms or managing an e-store, for example.
